Age: 14
Gender: Male
Sexual Preferance: Straight
Alignment: Hero
Race: Mutant
Appearance: Ross has dark black hair that is no longer than three inches. He has a low cut bang that covers quite a bit of his left eye, and a comb over that he often flips. Ross's eyes aren't grey nor brown, but green as grass. His eyelashes are long, as are of most males, and his eyebrows are pretty thin. Ross is not really pale, but his skin tone has got to be close. His face is spotted with faint freckles that are only visible enough to notice. And his ears stick out a little, but this is usually unnoticable because of his hair that will often cover them. Ross almost always wears a hat. And He will wear jackets every now and then. He is 5'2" and has a small build/flat stomatche. He only weighs about 102.5Lbs and is very tiny. Ross usually wears black shoes, or red kicks; and he often wears denim shorts or jeans that go about one inch to two over his size. The jackets he wears will probably look like they are going to swallow him up sometimes, but he is very clean and decent. To school Ross carries a black backpack, and he'll dress up for class. Wearing a button-up and vest, sometimes a bow/tie. But don't find yourself surprized to see him in a hat or zipped jacket after school hours.
Personality: Ross is very quiet when spoken to, but Ross himself talks a lot. The only time that he probably isn't quite when being talked to is when he's the one running his mouth or talking back. He is very intelligent, and had skipped three grades because of it. The only problem is that Ross is curious, and he often has to experience a lot of things first-hand. Ross has a timmid side that he switches to 'real quick when he's on the spot or in trouble. And he blushes an awful lot. He isn't that shy kid when you get to know him though, and is often seen as a rebel due to the trouble he's caused and got away with. He can be very polite, bit only when intended. Usually wanting to do things his own way, but he is funny and laughs often, a good friend to talk to and have, as well as a splendid fighting companion.
History: Ross was always a curious and fun loving little boy, but his parents had been killed when he was five. They had been shot in front of Ross, his mother and father. They loved him dearly and they hadn't known about his powers. Ross would have told them but he was scared to use them himself. He came home from school one day, to a house in disarray. He walked through the living room, bumping into someone. He had worn a mask, and the man's voice was filled with hatred. Ross had spotted his parents, muffled and tied to chairs back-to-back. "What's going on mommy? Daddy what happened?" Ross asked, but the man had kicked Ross and he fell to the floor. When Ross awoke he saw the man, swearing at his father, and threatening his mother for what seemed to be money. When they noticed that Ross had awaken they asked him to reveal an item that the family charished. Ross didn't know what to do, so he stated that he didn't know where to find money or prized posessions. The man threatened to shoot Ross's father first, and his mother demanded him to look away. But Ross was too scared, too curious, too frightened to move. The gun fired, and Ross struggled to stand, as the man kicked him once more. Ross continued to scream for his mother but everything came to a hault when the gun fired again. "No." Ross cried. "I couldn't save them." Is what he began to think after time, after the police arrived at the house and took the criminal away, after Ross was taken to an orphanage and he grew up after years and years; that statement still remains in Ross. But he chooses not to talk about it. Ross's foster parent, his new dad, now takes care of him. And Ross had grown to become a more happy-go-lucky child. School came around and Ross was given the option of skipping four grades, but he chose not to do such. Stating, "I want to learn as much as possible, and skipping might make that task a lot harder to complete!" In his little raspy voice, his father, Mr.Kumori, agreed with the idea, and went alond with it. Ross struggles with controlling his powers though. He told his father when he was adopted about his ability to avoid the hurt that he felt. Ross is a telepath that can phase through objects and contain electricity, which is a very dangerous mixture to not understand how to control. He can run very fast, kicking off of electricity, but it drains his energy. Ross also struggles with dyslexia and stagefright, but reading is one of his hobbies. So being dyslexic doesn't affect his reading that often, unless he's reading out loud or writing. Stage-fright developed off of his unability to control how many minds he reads, how fast, how loud, and how long the thoughts of others streams through his head. He faints and recieves ranging headaches very often, but more than less will get better overtime. Controlling electricity for Ross, is a living nightmare, but with all of his problems aside, he wants to be a hero. He just doesn't know how, and can't seem to build up enough courage or faith; to do so.
